So, I've decided to do a rewatch of Supernatural, since I watched the first five seasons so quickly that the episodes are all kind of blending together in my mind. That's the bad thing of watching on DVD, I think - you can watch like ten in a day and then you forget the particular details of each one. So I'm going to post my thoughts and comments about each episode as I do this. Just as a disclaimer, every one of these could have spoilers through the current episode (right now, 6:02), because I may very well be noticing things from earlier episodes that tie into something I just saw, and I'm not going to censor myself. I will, however, put them behind an LJ-cut. So if you're still watching and don't want to risk spoiling anything, don't click.

We are currently looking for submissions to the archive! If you write Jasper fanfiction, check out the following rules and send your fic to annii@jasperarchive.com. We are also looking for art, poetry and drabbles - message me for the rules on those. :)

RULES FOR SUBMITTING FAN FICTION!
- Jasper must be a central character in the story. We will accept fic from Alice's point of view, and fic that starts off Alice only, but becomes Jasper/Alice

- We do not accept AH (All Human) stories.

- We do accept AU (Alternate Universe) stories. If a fic does not closely follow canon, make sure that it is labeled AU.

- We do accept pairings other than Jasper/Alice, but they will be in a separate archive.

- We do not accept fics containing musical lyrics not in the public domain for copyright reasons.

- One shots (or chapters) must be at least 500 words. (For drabble or poetry submission rules, go to the appropriate section.)

- Each fic must be rated. We use the rating system from FictionRatings.com

I'd like to announce the launch of a new RPG - "Into the Dark."

We are brand new, so the only characters taken so far are Jasper and Alice. All other characters are available. We are a RP without a timeline - intentionally. Feel free to RP at whatever time period you want. We like to give a lot of freedom to our RPers to exercise their creativity. I remember making persuasive speeches - of course, I always thought they were quite enjoyable. I loved making people angry at me. Is this a speech class, Hector, or a debate class?

I took both and majorly enjoyed both of them.

This year is wrapping quickly to an end. In five weeks or so, I'll be heading back to the States and have to get started on my Masters' Thesis. I'm actually looking forward to it - maybe because I don't quite understand yet how much work it's going to be!

After a tough day reading about consociational democracy, power sharing, parity of esteem, theories of political accomodation, and brutal terrorist acts, it's rather fun to relax and read about some 'taut male thighs'.

I do like it. But it does make your brain feel like exploding after a while. You look at the pages and it feels like it's written in some strange foreign language.

I miss my gym. I did cardio every day, and weights every other when I was at home.

Now I've gotten fat and flabby. I'm going to have a lot of working out to do when I get home.

My dad is from the Bethlehem/Allentown area, so when I was a kid (many years ago...

) we toured the plant there, too, and I remember how the whole place smelled like chocolate. It was divine.

Don't remember the roller coaster or funhouse, though.

Yeah, Link, sometimes it can be hard to jump into a RP that's been going for a while.

It takes a whole lot of reading and fitting your character in to what's already happened.

See, for me, I get the most pleasure out of examining the characters and the relationships between the characters. While I can do 'adventure' and 'fighting' type RP's, they're not really my favorite, nor the thing I'm best at.

My favorite RP I've been doing for two years, and we've never had any battles at all.

Well, except a one-sided fight (Arafinwë wouldn't join in) between Arafinwë and Fëanor, but that's a bit different.

I am indeed female.

I just happen to like the male characters better. And I often play guys in RP, as well. It's not that I have any gender identity issues (I'm quite confident and happy to be female, thank you very much) I just love looking into and examining the male psyche. It's a fascinating thing.

And thanks for not calling me a spammer. I really do try to make my posts worthwhile and interesting.

I know how you feel, Link! I met up in Belgium with a friend who's a crazy Tolkien fan (he knows EVERYTHING ) and it made me feel so...unworthy... So I'm doing a read through of everything again. LOL.
