ORIGINAL AIRDATE

LITTLE THINGS I NOTICED
*The Gilmore Girls reference, lol.
*Sam says that Walter was using "Enochian summoning rituals" - Enochian, as in angel language?
*Sam has never heard of Poltergeist? Really?
*You need a Talisman to summon spirits? Just with that particular incantation, perhaps? I don't remember the use of Talismans very much in Supernatural.
THINGS I LIKED ABOUT THIS EP
*It was good fun. Needed a non-serious ep after 'Roadkill' and 'Heart', both of which were really heavy. Just a pretty solid monster of the week, without really any connection to anything else.
*Loved the poking fun at their own industry. Almost poking fun at themselves by making it the set of a horror movie. Just the kind of thing I love SPN for.
*Loved Dean as a PA. And lol, the little philly steak sandwiches.
*The story was pretty solid. And I loved how they integrated the real stuff into the movie at the end, lol.
THINGS I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THIS EP
*The ending seemed a little quick, maybe even rushed. I would have liked to hear more about how Walter learned all that stuff in the first place.
*And while I said above that this ep was a relief after the past two very heavy episodes, the fact that it wasn't really connected to anything also made it very forgettable.
